Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account access secure and for activity performed through your account. You must provide accurate information when registering or linking login methods.
Virtual Vouchers and In-Game Items
Vouchers and other in-game items are digital items used only inside Fortex Industries. They are provided for entertainment and gameplay purposes.
Available digital voucher packages: 1 voucher - USD 1; 5 vouchers - USD 5; 10 vouchers - USD 10; 25 vouchers - USD 24; 50 vouchers - USD 47; 100 vouchers - USD 92; 200 vouchers - USD 180; 500 vouchers - USD 440; 1000 vouchers - USD 850.
- Vouchers can only be used inside Fortex Industries.
- Vouchers cannot be withdrawn, sold, transferred outside supported game systems, or exchanged for real money.
- Vouchers are not cryptocurrency, electronic money, securities, investment products, bank deposits, financial instruments, or any form of stored monetary value outside the game.
- The availability, balance, pricing, and use of vouchers or in-game items may change as the game evolves.
Payments
Fortex Industries may offer purchases through third-party payment providers or acquiring services, including LiqPay by PrivatBank. Payment availability, methods, currency, confirmation timing, and provider requirements may vary by region, platform, and technical availability.
A purchase is completed only after payment confirmation is received and the digital item is delivered to the account.
Digital vouchers are delivered automatically to the user account after successful payment confirmation. Physical delivery is not provided because the goods are digital.
Rewarded Ads
Users may choose to watch ads for optional in-game rewards. Ad availability is not guaranteed and may depend on location, device, consent status, provider availability, fraud checks, and technical conditions.
Rewards may be denied if ad completion is not confirmed, if the ad fails, if the provider rejects the completion event, or if abuse or fraud is detected.
Users must not use bots, scripts, emulators, VPN abuse, automated methods, repeated artificial triggering, or other manipulative behavior to request ads or rewards.
Fair Use and Anti-Abuse
You must not exploit bugs, manipulate network requests, automate gameplay, interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected systems, create fraudulent accounts, abuse promotions, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service in a way that harms Fortex Industries or other users.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts, rewards, purchases, or access if we detect abuse, fraud, payment issues, chargeback abuse, policy violations, technical manipulation, or activity that threatens the service.
Changes and Availability
Fortex Industries is under active development. Features, prices, balances, game rules, rewards, supported platforms, and availability may change over time. We may update these Terms when needed.
